Our company name is Xincai Aiken Metal Technology Co., Ltd. Alucoper is one of our former brand names, and Hnaiken is the brand name we are currently using.

2. How is your brand's performance compared to others in the same field?
Hnaiken place great importance on R&D and new technology. Our products use only the latest and most advanced technology.

About our products
1. What are your major products and their features?
Our major products include Hnaiken aluminum (A2 fire resistance, flat, light weight, economical friendly, low cost).

2. What other products do you supply?
We also carry zinc and aluminum composite panels.

3. Are your products fire resistant?
Yes. Our aluminum panels are class A2 fire resistant.

4. Can the product be customized in different colors and dimensions?
Yes. We provide custom colors and dimensions. The most common widths are 1250mm and 1500mm.

5. What about fabrication?
Fabrication methods are the same as the aluminum composite panel.

Buying Products
1. What is your standard packaging?
Our standard packaging is wooden pallets. In order to protect the panel, the top, bottom, sides and ends of the pallet are covered in a polyurethane and paper cover in order to ensure safe packing and delivery.

2. How many Hnaiken aluminum panels can be loaded in a 20GP container and a 40GP container?
It depends on the product length. For a 20GP container, we can normally load 2000-3,000square meters, and in the 40GP container, 4,000 to 5,000square meters. Please contact our sales department for more specific information.

3. Can you customize colors to specific color requests, and if so, how?
Yes. Customers need to send a color sample to us so that we can match the colors. We will then send the color back with a new color code number for customer confirmation. This is done for free.

4. How long does it take to complete a color match job?
Usually 4 to 5 business days.

5. What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard widths of 500 square meters per color and per size

6. Will you accept orders whose quantity is less than the minimum?
Yes, however, extra charges will be incurred. Please contact our sales department for more information.

7. What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit, and release the bill of lading after we receive the remaining balance.

8. Do you have a distribution policy?
Yes. Please contact our sales department for more information.

9. How do I handle the protective film?
Users are encouraged to peel the protective film off within 45 days after installation.

1. Unloading and Handling
A. Please ensure the forklift can carry the wood packaging's weight before unloading.
B. Be careful while unloading the wood pallet. Please do not open the pallet before unloading.
C. Please do not vertically store the panel without any support.

2. Storage
A. Make sure to store the panel in a clean, dry environment.
B. Check the wooden pallet's condition to determine if it is damp or not before using it to send products to customers.
C. Direct sunshine should be avoided.
D. Please do not install Hnaiken panels with different batches.

3. Protective Films
A. The best time to use Hnaiken panels is within 6 months. After this period, the protective film becomes difficult to remove.
B. Do not mark the protective film with markers, tapes or labels.
C. Tear off the protective film within 45 days after installation

4. Cleaning Methods
A. Mix a neutral cleaner with water: 5 liters of water and 50mL of cleaner
B. Spread the cleaner on the panel using a spray bottle and let sit for 60 seconds.
C. Rinse the panel with clean water

Note
Neutral cleaners should be used, avoiding acid or alkaline cleaners. Pre-test a small area as needed before cleaning.
